Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled and will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the applicable fee. Short services are only allowed to arrive up to 5 minutes late.
If you book multiple services and choose to remove any within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will apply to the canceled service(s).
If I am able to accommodate you after the 15-minute grace period, your service may be shortened and an additional fee may apply.
If I am unable to accommodate your late arrival, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable
